Services offered from Kazakhstan

Digital services for growing businesses

Five service lines, one team. Read what each one covers, who it tends to suit, and where our strengths stop — then pick the line that fits your situation.

How to read this page

TopWorld Digital works with companies in Kazakhstan and the surrounding region that need a website, a mobile app, a design system, an AI tool, or advice on the technology decisions behind them. Not every project needs all five. This page explains each service line we offer, what it covers, and who it tends to suit — so you can judge which one fits your situation, and be honest about where our strengths stop.

Service line

Web development

We build responsive websites, progressive web apps, and custom software for businesses that need more than a template. Typical work includes marketing sites with a content system your team can update, customer portals, booking flows, and internal tools.

The front end is built to work on the phones your customers actually carry, and the back end is structured so it can grow without a rewrite in a year. If you already have a site that has outgrown its platform, migration is part of the job, not an afterthought — we map what carries over, what gets rebuilt, and what can be retired.

Mobile app development

Cross-platform development lets a business reach iOS and Android users without paying for two separate builds. We use it when it fits and go native when performance or platform features require it.

The scoping conversation matters more than the framework choice: which features ship first, how the app behaves offline, how users reach support. A mobile app that launches with the wrong feature set costs more to fix than to plan properly, so we spend time there before the build.

Web design and UX/UI

Web design covers how a product looks and reads. UX/UI design covers how it works: the flow between screens, what happens on each step, whether a person can finish a task without guessing.

We do both, and we start with the flow. Wireframes come before visuals, and the output is a design system your developers can build against rather than a folder of static mockups. For a Kazakhstan audience that is largely mobile-first, that distinction shows up fast in the numbers — where people drop out, and which step they abandon.

AI solutions

AI earns its place when it is attached to a specific workflow. We help clients apply it to document handling, support triage, search, forecasting, and internal tools that currently run on manual effort.

Sometimes the honest recommendation is a simpler automation instead of a model, and we say so. When a model does make sense, we handle the integration, the data governance questions, and the handover so your team can run it without us in the loop.

Service line

IT consulting

Consulting is the work that happens before a build. Architecture reviews, systems integration between tools that were never designed to connect, and data governance all fall here.

We also help teams decide whether to build something in-house or buy it, and what that decision means for cost and control over time. If your problem is a decision rather than a deliverable, this is the service line that fits — and it often ends with a written recommendation rather than a product.

How the services connect

Real projects overlap. Here is how the lines combine, and why running them as separate vendors is where timelines slip.

Customer portal

Needs design, web development, and often a small AI feature for search or recommendations.

Mobile app

Usually needs a backend API and a design system before the first screen is built.

Data work

Sits under AI solutions and consulting — governance, integration, and what a decision costs over time.

One team

We scope each service so it can stand alone, but the value is in connecting them when the project needs it.

Who each service suits

If you are unsure which applies, that is a normal starting point. Match the description closest to your situation, then bring the rest to the first conversation.

Web development Replacing an outdated site or building a customer-facing tool Platform outgrown
Mobile apps Customers live on their phones and need the product there Mobile-first users
Web design & UX The product is losing people somewhere in the flow Drop-off in steps
AI solutions A manual process has become expensive to keep running Manual overhead
IT consulting A technology decision the team cannot yet make confidently Decision pending

What we do not do

  • Advertising We do not run paid advertising campaigns or manage social media accounts.
  • Staffing We are not a staffing agency, so we do not rent out developers by the hour to fill a seat on someone else's team.
  • Undefined scope We do not take on projects where the scope cannot be defined well enough to deliver something useful. Saying no early saves both sides a bad engagement, and it keeps the work we do take on focused.

Getting a scope you can act on

Send us a short description of the problem and we will come back with a phased scope, a rough timeline, and the assumptions behind both. You can challenge the assumptions before committing. That process usually takes less time than a formal tender and gives you something concrete to compare against other proposals.

Prefer to write it out? Email kanogml1201@gmail.com or call +1 (815) 934-4003. We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Questions we hear before a scope

Three things that come up most often. If yours is not here, send it with the brief.

Do you work with clients outside Kazakhstan?

Yes. We are based around the Kazakhstan market and work with clients across the wider region. Collaboration runs remotely with written summaries after each milestone, which suits teams that need updates they can forward internally.

Can we hire you for design only, without development?

Yes. Design and UX/UI work can be scoped on its own, and the handover is built so another development team can pick it up. We will tell you if the design cannot be delivered usefully without some development input.

How do you handle projects that span several services?

We scope each service so it stands alone, then connect them under one team when the project needs it. That keeps responsibilities clear and avoids the gaps that appear when design, build, and data work sit with separate vendors.

Pick the line, then talk to us about scope

Tell us the problem in a few sentences. We reply with what we would do first, what we would leave alone, and where the unknowns sit. If none of the five lines fits, we will say that too.
