Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using topworld.digital. By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The operator can be reached at kanogml1201@gmail.com.

Nine clauses govern how this website may be used, what belongs to TopWorld Digital, and how enquiries are handled.

Permitted behaviour

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract content at a rate that affects availability.

Ownership

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, and code on this site belong to TopWorld Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you would like to quote or reuse something from these pages in a proposal, a course, or a client document, write to us first and describe how it will be used. Permission is usually given for short quotations with a link back to the source page, and it is always given in writing.

Scope of information

No professional advice

Content on this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute a proposal, a binding offer, or professional advice for a specific situation. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and TopWorld Digital.

Read a service page as a description of how we work and what a project of that kind usually involves. Scope, schedule, price, and deliverables for your project are agreed in writing before work begins, and that agreement — not this website — sets out what you receive.

What happens next

Enquiries and submissions

If you submit an enquiry or project brief, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it to respond to your enquiry as described in our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation to proceed on either side.

You send a brief Step one Describe the product, the audience, and any deadline already fixed on your side. Rough notes are fine; we will ask follow-up questions.
We reply Step two We answer questions, say whether the work fits our studio, and suggest a first conversation. No invoice is issued at this stage.
Nothing is committed Until signed Until a written agreement is signed by both sides, neither party is bound to proceed, and either may walk away.
Your data Handled per policy Enquiry details are used to answer you. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to have it removed.

Uptime and changes

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control. We may change or remove content at any time.

Planned maintenance is usually done outside working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If a page you rely on moves or is retired, we redirect it where possible rather than leaving a dead link.

Where responsibility sits

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TopWorld Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indirect loss means consequences that follow at a distance from the event itself — for example lost business opportunities, lost profit, or time spent rebuilding a document after a page could not be reached. Where a signed project agreement exists, its liability clause applies to that project and takes precedence over this page.

Revisions

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Plain answers

Questions readers ask about these terms

If your question is not here, email us and we will answer it. Answers below summarise the clauses above; the clauses themselves remain the operative text.

Does sending a project brief commit me to anything?

No. A brief starts a conversation. Neither side is bound until a written agreement is signed, and either side may decide not to proceed before then.

Can I quote text from this site in a document?

Short quotations with a link back to the source page are usually fine. Republishing a page, or using our material commercially, needs written permission — write to kanogml1201@gmail.com and describe the use.

Do these terms govern a project we hire you for?

They govern your use of this website. Project work — scope, schedule, payment, deliverables, and liability — is covered by the separate written agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence for that project.

How do I know which version of the terms applies?

The version published on this page is always the current one, and its date sits at the top and in the sidebar. Keep a copy of the page if you need a record of the terms as they read on a particular date.

Which other policies apply to me as a visitor?

Two more documents complete the picture: the Privacy Policy, covering what we do with enquiry data, and the Cookie Policy, covering what the site stores in your browser.
